Mission 

We are searching for an innovative sales specialist with a great analytical mind to join our team. The sales specialist will be tasked with leading the sales team and providing training to new hires, performing in-depth market research, preparing sales forecasts and advertising budgets, as well as updating existing marketing strategies. You should also be able to amend sales policies and make recommendations for business growth.

To be successful as a sales specialist, you should be able to explain product and service specifications clearly and concisely. Top candidates have excellent problem-solving and people skills.

Responsabilities

  • Effectively implement a new business acquisition sales strategies and tactics to maximize efforts to penetrate new accounts and achieve quota objectives.
  • Interface with a highly diverse set of potential customers & companies at all levels within customer/prospect organizations, and channels.
  • Develop an understanding of products, services, customer profile and business objectives.
  • Manage sales pipeline to maximize sales revenue while providing accurate and timely forecasts.
  • Drive ambitious sales growth to meet or exceed annual targets
  • Work with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure consistent and qualified lead generation.
  • Continuously build the customer success knowledge base & ensure quality training to the sales team.
  • Coordinating the sales team and assisting with recruiting and training new hires.
  • Providing product demonstrations to staff and clients and taking the lead in resolving complaints.
  • Analyzing sales team performance and scheduling training/refresher sessions accordingly.
  • Conducting market research and sharing findings with the team.
  • Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base.
  • Setting sales targets and implementing incentives.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and allocating resources so targets are met.
  • Managing a network of vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust and encouraging the rest of the sales team to follow this example.
  • Keeping up to date with advancements in marketing.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related field and/or experience
  • Fluent in English strong competences in French &/or German- other languages a plus
  • 5+ years of field sales experience (leisure industry or other sector)
  • A competent and motivational leader who displays a tenacious work ethic and ongoing will to succeed
  • Relevant contact base in relevant regions for the development the sales strategy
  • Pragmatic and action-oriented attitude, ability to translate business needs and opportunities into solutions
  • Driven to attain revenue/performance growth goals by staying customer-focused with the ability to work under pressure, think quickly and demonstrate initiative in solving problems
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment. Acts without being told what to do and brings new ideas to the company
  • Strong interpersonal skills capable of networking both internally and externally fostering long-lasting relationships for the business
  • Valid driver’s license
